We partner with local chefs, restaurateurs, and food creatives to spotlight favorite dishes, new openings, and insider recommendations you won’t find on a typical Google search. Whether you’re planning your next reservation or building a foodie itinerary, this is your go-to source for eating like a local.

Favorite New Restaurant of 2026

Stealing the spot for my favorite new restaurant of 2026, Bellerose Hotel Bar is Charleston’s newest intimate steakhouse and a restaurant you’re going to want to checkout asap.

It’s not often that I’m wowed start to finish, but two-star Michelin Chef Anthony Martin truly blew me away. From the Bellerose House Rolls, made with wagyu tallow, rosemary, and thyme, to the inventive Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio, pounded thin and bursting with flavor, it’s clear Chef Anthony has a passion for his food.

Quickly gaining popularity since opening their doors in November, I *highly* recommend you hop on over to Open Table today to make a reservation.
